Combined, the Missouri REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® are amongst the most politically powerful associations. The Boards not only keep our members well informed about laws and regulations affecting the industry, but also shape the formulation of those policies through professional lobbying, grassroots activism, and supporting the election of pro-REALTOR® local candidates through the REALTORS® Political Action Committee.

As a member, you have the option to subscribe to the Mid-Missouri Board of REALTORS® MLS system. The online based MLS system gives members the ability to market their listings to other members of the association and have them distributed to websites such as REALTOR.com, Land.com, Crexi, Homes.com and Apartments.com. The MLS system is the only site that delivers accurate local sold data. The MLS system is the perfect way to find properties for Buyers.

Mid-Missouri Board of REALTORS® offers ShowingTime integrated into the MLS system allowing members to schedule showings 24/7.  The service saves time, reduces phone calls, generates more showing and helps REALTORS® provide better service to buyers and sellers.

Mid-Missouri Board of REALTORS® provides contracts and forms essential for good business practice; these forms are only available to members of MMBOR. State and local forms can be accessed on the FlexMLS® Intranet, through TransactionDesk, a forms management and online paperless system, as well eSignature service via Authentisign. Additionally, MMBOR licenses its local forms to Ziplogix & Dotloop.

MMBOR Primary & Secondary Members are provided the FOREWARN Safety app at no extra cost. FOREWARN provides instant identity verification and risk assessment in the palm of your hand. This system provides a secure way to protect your clients and gives them peace of mind knowing who is in their home at all times. At the same time the Keybox System allows easy access for your fellow REALTORS® to show your properties.

MMBOR members receive free leads on their listings from MidMoHomeFinder.com The public facing property search website offers the public timely & accurate data directly from the MMBOR MLS system! Leads generated from the website integrate with the MMBOR Flexmls® system automatically.

Throughout the year, the Mid-Missouri Board of REALTORS® hosts a number of social networking events where members can network with other REALTORS® and Affiliate Members.
